Safety is of utmost importance. We have implemented many precautionary measures to assure the highest level of safety provided. The last thing you as a parent needs is to worry about the well-being and safety of your child. Our safety program includes, though is not limited to:
All entrances/exits are under recorded video surveillance, locked at all times, and only authorized parents/guardians/relatives are permitted to enter via user-controlled unlocking mechanisms on all doors.
24/7 recorded video surveillance of all areas accessible by children, excluding restrooms.
Front doors are secured by a video doorbell and commercial grade magnetic lock operated by staff.
Commercial kitchen with self-contained ovens.
All staff up-to-date on Infant/Pediatric/Adult CPR/First Aid.
All staff trained in mandatory reporting.
All staff thoroughly vetted by our organization as well as DHS. Anyone deemed to be a potential harm to children will not be offered employment with our organization.
Every classroom is staffed by a Classroom Lead Teacher who meets or exceeds stringent DHS standards.
Comprehensive fire/tornado/intruder safety program which is learned during orientation and practiced monthly.
All outside areas where the children will play are fenced and supervised by staff. No child will ever be left unattended anytime, anywhere at Kiddie Kollege.
